These Terms govern your use of Happy Explorer (“we”, “us”), a members-only travel community operated in India. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership

Membership is offered as an annual plan billed in Indian Rupees (₹) via our payment partner. Members-only offers, discount codes and the digital membership card require an active paid membership. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops auto-renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period.

2. Offers & redemption

Offers are provided by independent partner businesses and are subject to each partner’s terms, availability, blackout dates and redemption limits. We curate partners but are not responsible for the goods or services they provide. Discount codes and the membership card are for personal use by the member only and may not be shared or resold.

3. Bookings & payments

Where online booking is offered, payment is collected at checkout. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Community conduct

You are responsible for content you post. Do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the membership fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of the operator’s registered location.
